Start off with your hair unstyled. If it's a little longer than this or wavy, it's cool, this style still works.
Split your hair down the center.
You'll feel like you're rocking that H.O.T. look.
But if that's not your dig, no fear. Curl your bangs up and inwards, creating volume and shape to your hair. This look can be kept as is if you like it.
Final touch! Curl the sides of your hair outwards. Add some hairspray or mousse for a mussier look. That's it! Real simple. All there is left to say is:
SUPER KIRA-KIRA PRINCE MODE ACTIVATE!
