Tuesday Tasties: Cleansing Kale Shake

Not a fan of vegetables but want the health benefits of kale?
Then this tasty and easy recipe is just for you!


This recipe makes about 5 cups!
 Ingredients
2 cups of lacinato kale (or 3-4 leaves)
2-3 stalks of celery
1 handful of parsley
3 cups of a grapefruit cocktail and orange juice blend (1:1 ratio)
1/2 cup of pineapple
1/2 cup of Trader Joe's Organic Tropical Fruit Blend 
(or a mix of banana, mango, and strawberry)
 Put in all the vegetables into a blender.
 Add juice.
 Blend on high until everything is liquid.
 Add the fruit and blend until smooth.
Now you have a delicious drink that's great as a morning boost or an afternoon pick me up.
It has a refreshing taste with a sweet citrus-y tang.
